With your purchases, you collect points and earn discount gift vouchers which you can redeem in your next purchase.

Your points do not expire but the vouchers cannot be split and must be redeemed in full during a single purchase. If the full amount is not redeemed, whatever remains is immediately lost.

In case you lose your card you can send us email at [email protected] in order to replace it.

You must have accumulated the points corresponding to the member type the offer belongs, in order to obtain it.

You can get your product offers from any COCO-MAT physical store and your hotel offers by making reservations on line or by phone.
