CAYO Introduces Complimentary “Fit to Fly” Covid-19 Testing Prioritising Guests’ Privacy & Safety

CAYO Exclusive Resort & Spa, Crete’s newest design hotel, has introduced on-property rapid COVID-19 testing.

To ensure guests’ seamless CAYO experience continues after they leave the resort, the hotel will now supply and administer a complimentary “Fit to Fly” Covid-19 test prior to departure and complete all the necessary documentation, allowing guests to return home safely and smoothly.

PCR tests will also be available at a special rate of €40 for guests.

Opening for its first full season on May 14th , CAYO has been designed with privacy in mind.

Spacious suites and two and three-bedroom villas are

complete with their own private plunge pool, sun-soaked terrace and uninterrupted views of the UNESCO World Heritage Site nominee, Spinalonga.

Guests have access to the island’s tapestry of beaches, historic treasures and quaint villages, with a wealth of adventurous activities.

Paddle-board, cycle or hike, before heading back to the resort for dinner at one of the four

gastronomic restaurants, with menus designed by Chef Lefteris Lazarou – the first Greek Chef to be awarded a Michelin Star. Relaxation-seekers can indulge in a bespoke treatment at Armonia Spa, the soul-nourishing wellness retreat, or take up a sunbed on CAYO’s private spot on Plaka Beach.
