Retail Sales Representative

we are looking for a new member for our Retail team specifically for the position of:
Retail Sales Representative
Location: Athens, Greece

Daily tasks and responsibilities:

•    High customer service within the store according to the company's standards and philosophy
•    Understanding the customer's needs, offering the best solution 
•    Ensure proper customer service by teaming with co-workers
•    Drive sales with product knowledge and market-driven enthusiasm
•    Elevate complaints to management
•    Submit orders & Inventory control 

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•    Proven working experience in retail sales
•    Excellent knowledge of English
•    Good knowledge of Microsoft applications 
•    Military service obligations fulfilled

•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
•    A high degree of personal initiative and willingness to learn
•    Customer-oriented approach 
•    confident and charismatic approach to people
