007.Purchases from Physical stores
To protect our customers and employees from any risks and keep your confidence in the freshness of our products, we will not be accepting returns of any merchandise.

COCO-MAT products are handcrafted from natural materials, and it is normal that there may be slight and minor variations in the color, look, feel or shape of our bed systems and mattresses.
To protect your investment and extend the life of your COCO-MAT system please visit our site, www.coco-mat.com and carefully read the maintenance tips and details about our warranty.
Purchase of Bed Mattresses, Mattresses, and Top Mattresses are subject to 14-day sleep trial, in which exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receipt of product at market price. Customer is responsible for all relevant shipping charges for the return and delivery. If item is exchanged for a lower priced item, store credit will be granted for remaining balance. No refunds on bed mattresses, mattresses, and top mattress.
For Sleeping pillows, Towels, Bed Linens, Quilts & Blankets, Furniture, Over-Mattresses ( Kiriaki/ Kamelia) - No refunds, no returns, no exchanges on these products. Sales of products on Clearance, Floor Samples. Discontinued items are final sale.
Order for Special/Custom made merchandise may be cancelled within 3 days of submission of order and payment of deposit. Thereafter COCO-MAT will retain a 50% cancellation fee.
Sales of products on Clearance, Floor Samples and Discontinued Items are final sale and sold “As Is". No refunds, no returns, or exchanges.
Customer must report any damage or quality issue to COCO-MAT within 3 days of delivery or we retain the right to reject return of such merchandise.
Products cannot currently be purchased directly through the COCO-MAT United States website.
The website provides general information about COCO-MAT products and services and allows visitors to contact the company or arrange a visit to a physical COCO-MAT store.
Product availability, prices, delivery options, payment methods and any applicable promotional terms should be confirmed directly with the relevant COCO-MAT store.
