Sales associate
We’re looking for highly energetic, passionate, responsible, and experienced Luxury Brand Sales Specialists. The ideal candidate will support the team by welcoming customers when they enter the store and assisting customers with superior product knowledge and product advice.
Reporting to: Store Manager
Location: Manhattan, New York
Responsibilities:
- Drive business as an active member of the sales team
- Provide exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, cross sells to customers by demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products
- Stays current on product knowledge and industry trends in order to be the authority for the client and drive sales and meet the client’s needs
- Proactive on after sales following up and maximizing sales opportunities, meet sales goals
- Develop customer loyalty through education on brand.
- Has experience with events, promotions and hospitality.
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English
- Bachelors degree a plus
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven luxury retail sales experience
- Has a love of Ecology and is inquisitive about learning our ethos and sustainability economy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
