Let’s get together this summer at COCO-MAT to connect to our bodies through a playful yoga sequence and connect to each other with a fun game!

About this event

You will be guided through a playful yoga flow and a mindful breathing meditation to relax and feel grounded within yourself.

We will play a card game called “Dare to Be Curious” that brings people together for meaningful conversations and to connect on a deeper level.

There will be refreshments and surprise giveaways!
