Reporting to:

Head of B2B sales


Main responsibilities:

Responsible for all communication & marketing related matters of the B2B department.

Define the brand strategy of the B2B market through presentations and texts

Prospect and develop close relationships with B2B customers

Actively seek and explore new ways to approach existing or potential B2B customers


Day-to-day tasks:

  • B2B communication: hotel newsletter, B2B loyalty program, co-marketing activities
  • Handle and execute marketing requests for B2B department
  • Develop and update marketing materials for B2B department: hotel catalogue, presentations, templates, etc
  • Digital marketing: manage and update content of hotel website and consult B2B customers on digital marketing
  • Observe the rules of the company, draft and submit reports, as instructed, and adhere to the corporate culture and business ethics


  • Business or Marketing Degree
  • +2 years of experience in Marketing position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in English

Main responsibilities:

  • Meet & exceed sales target
  • Build and cultivate a loyal client base
  • Assist all aspects pertinent to the proper functioning of a store
  • Process orders and follow company’s procedures

Skills & requirements:

  • At least 8 years’ experience in direct retail sales with a proven track record
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of English (oral and written B2 level)
  • Self-empowered and motivated
