The rubberised horsehair used between layers of coco-fibre and natural rubber helps regulate humidity, making Nefeli particularly suitable for persons suffering from rheumatism. Nefeli is completely metal-free. The quilted mattress cover is made from cotton and wool and is Oeko-Tex certified (standard 100). It can be removed and cleaned.
